My Journey into Instructional Design

My journey into instructional design began long before entering the academic field. Throughout my military career, I was responsible for training, mentoring, and developing Soldiers, helping them acquire the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in demanding environments. Those experiences inspired my passion for learning and development and ultimately led me to pursue instructional design.Today, I am expanding that foundation through graduate studies in Learning Design and Technology, combining practical training experience with evidence-based instructional design practices. This portfolio highlights my growth as a designer and demonstrates how I apply learning science, technology, and creativity to build engaging and effective learning experiences.
